Maintenance terms

All "Wing Ton Brand" products come with a 12-month warranty (effective from the date of sale). For any quality issues inherent to the product itself, our company provides unconditional free repair or replacement, ensuring your peace of mind.

For fairness, please note that a corresponding repair and parts fee will be charged in the following situations:

1. Improper installation or use that is not in accordance with the product manual.

2.The power supply voltage does not match the rated voltage on the product nameplate.

3. Product misuse, lack of maintenance, or damage caused by human factors.

4. The product has been altered or repaired without our company's permission.
